Whenever you see small, insect-like things moving in front of you under sunlight, it is because your eye is creating an optical illusion.
Crazy, right!
These are eye floaters that we see floating under the sunlight.
Well!!
It is actually tiny clumps of protein or cell-like dust inside the eye. It floats in our eyeball, especially in the vitreous, gel-like inner area of our eye.

When sunlight comes into our eyes, it makes our pupils shrink. As a result, shrunken pupils become sharper and can see smaller things than dilated pupils. So we see the dust, or eye floaters, their shadows, and their floating state.
It is completely natural and safe. But if eyes feel pain when you see them , then they might be harmful.
So , next time when you’ll see eye floaters , remember that these are your own eye dust.â¨ī¸
