IElTs reading passages are often about scientific views, and most of them are scientifically hypothesised. So, not knowing the basic scientific English words can cause a low band.
There might be–
● ‘ Orbit‘ , to refer the path of a planet.
● ‘Extract‘ , to mention anything’s essence.
● ‘Mammal‘ , to indicate animals who breastfeed their children .
● ‘ Repitile‘ , to mean animals who live in both land and water
. ● ‘ Nocternal‘, to indicate animals who are active at night.
● ‘Resilience‘ , to explain anything’s elasticity.
